The wolf in sheeps clothing. The FR is very deceptive. Having initially a huge low end grunt, you can be mistaken for feeling that is might be a tiny bit slower than what is possible. This is pure deception, as the FR makes everything so easy, that you simply don’t feel how rapidly you are progressing. Easy pointing, early planing, fantastic control, while not sacrificing proper slalom speeds.
Performs very well as an allrounder slalom fin, where it has enhanced control when conditions get overpowered and choppy. Use 1cm smaller thanks to its low end performance. The ultimate easy speed!
Smaller sizes are brilliant slalom race fins for extreme choppy water.
It is currently offered in G10 construction and personalized carbon. The SL has an extremely forgiving nature, easy planing, quickly railing the board and keeping well in control. Outright speed is very high, though this fin is designed to cover as much range as possible for its given size and construction.
The FR is a fantastic upgrade for a freeride or freerace board where a bit more stability, low end grunt and glide thru is desired
