A Shallow Water fin delivers Full performance in reduced waterdepths. Generally reduced waterdepth comes with seagrass and other water debris which challenge conventional fins.

The SW works amazingly well, utilizing our specific low drag, high lift foil sections with a unique profile. This delivers a shallow water fin, suitable in fully weeded waters, for both general sailing and speed oriented sailing. You get a fin that lifts the board and enables a railed trim, and proper pointing ability. Downwind control is exceptional!

Our SW is available in sizes from 28 cm down to 12cm. Sizing works roughly accourding to area compared to the upright models. An SW which is 60% of the length of an upright fin is usually correct size, e.g.44=27, 37=22.5, 32=19.5

Fin rakes are based at 45 degrees, head positions forward and aft are available also other rakes in our standard customized manner.
